The Zeus Moose is the eighth moose in the stampede. Like all endangered animals it can only be found on random days. Its match can then be found on random days after the day that the player tames it.

Appearance Edit

The Zeus Moose is dark reddish-orange, and is clad in a white robe traditional to ancient Greece and Rome. On its chest is a yellow octagonal gemstone or gold plating. Each of the Zeus Moose's legs can be seen to be covered in yellow square pylons with slightly thicker orange rims. Its antlers are shaped like lightning bolts, being yellow in colour and jagged. Its head features a white beard with grey vertical stripes. A bright yellow light beams from between its hooves, and small lightning bolts streak from its body.

Description Edit

"Thunder?" Nah, just needs to eat a more balanced diet.

Requirements Edit

  • Sky Zoo upgraded to Mountains 5 or greater.
  • Alpine Moose tamed.
  • Can only be tamed on a certain random day, and can only be matched on a certain random day after it has been tamed.

Note: Its chance of appearing is extremely low due to it being a tier 5 animal. It will appear randomly but very rarely, and doesn't appear before 1800m.

Baby Zeus Moose Edit

Baby Zeus Moose
  • Lasso starts 10% larger
  • Mating animals appear 10% more often
  • Animals get angry 1% slower (passive)

Notes Edit

  • The Zeus Moose was released in version 1.7.0 on the 23rd of March 2017 along with all other original endangered animals.
  • The Zeus Moose is a play on Zeus, the Ancient Greek god of thunder and considered to be the king of all gods. This plays on rhyme, with "Zeus" rhyming with "moose".
    • Its description also may be referencing the term "thunder thighs", a term used for a person who has larger thighs due to being overweight, as it mentions needing to eat a more balanced diet, and the thunder is literally appearing from the lower half of the moose.
